| Service Modules |
 |
Service providers can jump-start their operational support systems implementation efforts by deploying one or more Service Modules provided by Ceon. The Service Modules contain configuration samples and schemas that form a working foundation for specific service provider markets. Configuration and installation teams can leverage Ceon’s experience, pre-defined data models, base workflows, and domain knowledge to speed up implementation using best practices for customization and implementation.
Service Modules are focused on providing a comprehensive definition of services and their provisionable elements. The Service Module allows the operator to begin defining order management, workflow and activation processes. When required the definitions can be expanded, changed, and extended as per the needs of the service provider's business, network topology, and product offerings. |
