RPM is a ‘fast start’ approach that serves as the proving ground and catalyst for mobilizing the organization in making the broader commitment and investment to execute comprehensive initiatives for product management transformation.
As part of an RPM project, Ceon consultants will help the operator standardize how products are represented and modeled, map an agreed to subset of the operator’s existing products to the new standardized information model (TeleManagement Forum SID-based), and enable testing, viewing and validating the product structure and definitions by the relevant operator personnel involved in the project.
The service is ‘non-intrusive’, in that it does not interfere with the operator’s core operations/processes, and nor does it not impact any of the existing IT systems. No investment is required in supporting software systems and infrastructure.
This ‘RPM Service Description’ document describes the Ceon RPM service offering, including summarizing the activities in a typical RPM engagement, and the corresponding duration and cost for the service.
