VoIP Service Module

The Ceon VoIP Service Module provides basic configuration (models and adapters) for VoIP service providers. When deployed with the High Speed Data Service Module, the solution provides a fully integrated HSD and VoIP service fulfillment solution template. A partial sample of the services and features included in the service module is shown below.

Voice mail	Voice mail accounts with optional pager notification
Voice over IP	Caller identity and name delivery	Allows a subscriber to see the identity (name and TN) of an incoming caller.
	Conference & three way calling	Allows conference calls to be set up using this TN as the host.
	Call transfer/hold/waiting	Allows a subscriber to transfer a current call to another line.
	911/E911	Provides for basic or enhanced 911 services from this TN.
	Unified Messaging	Email server integration
	Choice of inter/intraLATA LD and International	Allows a subscriber to choose their local toll, long distance and international carrier.
	Call forwarding / Find Me	Forwarding calls under different circumstances.
	Call blocking and screening	Prevents incoming calls originating from a specified TNs, collect calls, anonymous, etc.
	Call restriction	Prevents calls outside state, international, 9xx or 101xx numbers, etc.
	Call return (automatic recall)	Allows a subscriber to call the TN of the most recent incoming call.
	Busy line redial/repeat dialing	Automatically dials to previously busy or unanswered TN.
	Calling card	Allows a subscriber to use third party long distance services.
	Directory listing	Allows a subscriber to publish their name, TN, and optional address.
	Do not disturb	Causes all incoming calls to be declined with an announcement.
	Virtual TN	Maps an additional TN to the actual TN of the subscriber.

Supplement the Service Module by adding your own adapters or choosing from some of Ceon’s pre-built adapters, such as, Cisco BTS10200, Nortel Succession CS2000, CedarPoint Safari C3, Lucent iMerge, etc. Ceon also has adapters to some popular billing systems (DST, CSG, Convergys, etc.), and EAIs (Vitria BusinessWare, TIBCO & WebMethods, etc.).
