Service Synopsis: Ceon’s program management service provides comprehensive project oversight and a single point of responsibility for project coordination and communication. Our program managers will interface directly with all relevant third parties (ISV’s, existing system providers, system integrators, etc.) to ensure proper coordination, actions are logged and closed and accurate reporting takes place. The Ceon program manager will also be the liaison between the customer, third party providers and Ceon engineering to negate potential project communication issues.

Deliverables:

Ceon’s program manager will tailor our process to meet each customer’s scheduling and reporting requirements. Typical deliverables are listed below:

• Master schedule with all major and minor milestones listed, delivered in Microsoft Project. This schedule will be updated on a real time basis, summarized and distributed weekly or as specified by customer.
• Resource plan including a roles and responsibility matrix.
• Project action item register, real time updates, distributed as needed, minimum weekly distribution to team.
• Change control logs tracking code change requirements, build, delivery and test.
• Communication and escalation plan detailing team meeting schedule, project distribution lists, executive escalation, etc.
• Weekly status review meetings to ensure proper coordination and team work.
