Ceon CTO to Deliver Presentation on Product Lifecycle Management at TMW 2007 |

| Ceon announced today the participation of Ceon CTO, John Wilmes, as a presenter in the conference session on ‘Designing & Managing a Portfolio of New Services’ at the TeleManagement World 2007 event. John Wilmes’s presentation is titled ‘Rebooting Product Lifecycle Management for Converged and Content-based Services’, and will be part of the CUST/SVCS23 track on Wednesday May 23rd from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. TeleManagement World 2007 is the telecommunication industry’s largest B/OSS event, and will be held in Nice from May 21 to 27, 2007.
Service providers worldwide are facing the dual challenge of slowing demand in legacy businesses, and accelerating competition from innovative competitors. They must differentiate themselves with new offerings, built from many underlying components, easily customized and personalized, quickly deployed and retired, linked to the subscriber's lifestyle and interests., John’s presentation will highlight inherent problems in current product lifecycle management processes, and identify critical changes allowing service providers to regain control of their products and maximize their value.
John Wilmes is the 2007 Co-Chair of the TMF SID team, the specification lead of the OSS/J Pricing API Expert Group, and a member of the OSS/J Order Management Expert Group. John is also an active participant in the TMF Product Lifecycle Management Technical Program. |
