Leading Regional Operator Selects Ceon Software for
Provisioning High Speed Data and Voice over IP Services
Redwood City, California – March 07, 2006
Ceon announced today that it has signed a multi-year contract with Blue Ridge Communications to deliver Ceon's Integration and Provisioning Suite (IPS) for order management and provisioning of Voice over IP and High Speed Data services. Blue Ridge Communications is a leading regional provider of cable, telephone, Internet, cellular, paging, and entertainment services.

Blue Ridge Communications, which serves over 180,000 homes, selected Ceon’s Integration and Provisioning Suite after thoroughly evaluating the marketplace. IPS is a rapidly configurable and flexible software platform with advanced product management, order management and service activation capabilities for multi-service offerings such as VoIP, High Speed Data, IP-Centrex, Hosted PBX, Digital Video and IP-TV.

The Ceon IPS platform provides fully automated and flow through provisioning. The solution includes automated interfaces to network equipment such as Cisco's Broadband Access Center, Tekelec's T6000 and T7000, and General Bandwidth's G6 gateway. Ceon will also deliver automated interfaces to the Convergys ICOMS billing system, Sprint's e-bonding VoIP interface, and a third party verification partner. Ceon IPS will manage all provisioning processes and interactions with one consolidated platform.
