HSD Service Module

The Ceon HSD Service Module provides a basic configuration (models and adapters) for HSD service providers. The VoIP Service Module can be added for consolidated support of HSD and VoIP.

Supplement the Service Module by adding customized adapters or choose from some of Ceon’s pre-built adapters, such as, Cisco BACC (formerly BPR), Cisco CNR, Incognito IP Commander, Stalker ComminiGate Pro, Microsoft Exchange 2000, Centigram, Apache, and Openwave. Ceon also has adapters to some popular billing systems (DST, CSG, Convergys, etc.), and EAIs (Vitria BusinessWare, TIBCO & WebMethods, etc.).
