Ceon has provided enterprise class software solutions to the Communication Service Provider (CSP) market since 1999. The company has significant experience developing product management and service fulfillment software for CSP’s of all types (Wireless, Wireline, Cable, ISP, Satellite) throughout the world. Ceon software is currently in use supporting in excess of 20 million subscribers of voice and data services.
The Ceon management and development teams have a wealth of experience within the telecommunications industry both as the customer and user of enterprise software solutions, and as developers of complex software solutions serving this industry. Ceon’s management team has been directly responsible for designing, constructing and managing sophisticated data and voice networks for companies like British Telecom, MCI, Cable and Wireless, Sprint, Metropolitan Fiber Systems (MFS) and Teligent. This unique level of experience and understanding of product management, service fulfillment and the underlying network technology combined with a deep understanding of computer science, constraint-based modeling, advanced mathematics and artificial intelligence (AI) has provided the foundation of knowledge used to design our purpose built solutions for the communications industry.
Ceon provides three distinct software products: The Product Control Center (PCC), Intelligent Order Manager (IOM), and Intelligent Activation Server (IAS). Ceon software is based on open-access technologies and standards such as J2EE, XML, eTOM, SID and OSS/J. Ceon’s component based and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions are interoperable, scalable and designed to be future-proof. |
