Business VoIP Service Module

The Ceon IPS Business VoIP Service Module provides a base for customization and implementation by VoIP service providers or their systems integrators. This service module has IP Centrex support capability. The Inter Carrier Provisioning (ICP) Service Module can be used in conjunction with this Service Module. The service module is built upon the High Speed Data Service Module for fully integrated HSD and VoIP. Voice mail

Voice mail accounts with optional pager notification

Voice over IP

Hunt groups

Allows a user to participate in hunt groups

Caller identity and name delivery

Allows a subscriber to see the identity (name and TN) of an incoming caller.

Conference & three way calling

Allows conference calls to be set up using this TN as the host.

Call transfer/hold/waiting

Allows a subscriber to transfer a current call to another line.

Forwarding calls under different circumstances.

Call blocking and screening

Prevents incoming calls originating from a specified TNs, collect calls, anonymous, etc.

Call restriction

Prevents calls outside state, international, 9xx or 101xx numbers, etc.

Call return (automatic recall)

Allows a subscriber to call the TN of the most recent incoming call.

Busy line redial/repeat dialing

Automatically dials to previously busy or unanswered TN.

Directory listing

Allows a subscriber to publish their name, TN, and optional address.

Do not disturb

Causes all incoming calls to be declined with an announcement.

Virtual TN

Maps an additional TN to the actual TN of the subscriber.

Business White / Yellow pages listing

Lists the user’s details and TN in the white/yellow pages.

Speed dial

Allows calls to frequently used TNs with just one or two digits.

Remote calling

Allows a user to configure messaging and retrieve messages remotely.

Supplement the Service Module by adding your own adapters or choosing from some of Ceon’s pre-built adapters, such as, Cisco BTS10200, Nortel Succession CS2000, CedarPoint Safari C3, Siemens SURPASS hiQ 8000, Broadsoft BroadWorks Feature Server, IPUnity Harmony 6000, etc.
